This includes collaborating with Human Resources to handle staffing needs in accordance with EEO and Fair Labor Standards Act guidelines, from recruitment to management. The role also entails processing employee paperwork accurately, enforcing policies, and setting clear expectations for staff behavior and contributions. Additionally, it involves observing and documenting job performance, offering developmental supervision, and conducting performance evaluations for staff members.
Administration and Fiscal/Facilities Management: The role involves collaborating with various directors and offices to manage administrative, fiscal, and facilities aspects. This includes creating annual budgets for campuses based on program needs, enrollment estimates, and staffing requirements. RMA provides generous monthly contributions of over $450 for Medical and Dental benefits, and up to $50,000 in life insurance. The school offers small class sizes, benefiting both students and staff.
